DIMENSIONS in Baltimore and Hong Kong
A unique, prize-winning collaboration between 13 harpists and several members of Baltimore's artist community; Robert Benson, mirror artist; Baltimore Aerial Dance with Nina Chastity and Arte Flamenco de Natalia Monteleon; Beale Street Puppets; Christopher Bathgate, metal artist; Katherine Fahey, "Crankie" landscape artist; the Hubble Telescope video projects; Tim McFadden Art Glass; and audiovisual artist Rob Neubauer, who also acted as Producer and Creative Director of the full video.
A performance of this work will be held at the Walters Art Gallery on April 7th, at 12pm.
We have been invited to take this work to Hong Kong! But we still need some support.
This is an amazing opportunity for the performers as well as an honor for the Conservatory and the arts in Baltimore . . . but now we need to get all the musicians to Hong Kong! In order to secure the most favorable travel fares and schedules. Once we have transportation secured, we'll still need to work on registration fees.
Please consider helping us - every little bit counts! Visit: http://www.peabody.jhu.edu/giving/fundingopportunities/HarpCongress
